I was born and raised in Richland, Washington. Both of my grandpas and one of my grandmas worked on the Manhattan Project. (The other grandma owned a regional airline.)
I grew up fishing, waterskiing, and swimming in the Columbia, horseback riding, running track, played volleyball, active in my church youth group.
Graduated from Richland High School (home of the ‘Bombers’)
Attended Central Washington University and graduated from Calvary Chapel Bible College in California with a BA in Biblical Counseling.
Began career in Christian radio in 1998, started as a morning DJ and traffic assistant, moved into sales, production, on air talent and management
Met and Married Josh Golden in 2001 just after 9/11.
Moved back to Richland in 2002 and continued to work in Radio as well as event coordination
Raised 2 boys through private and public school (with half a year of homeschooling!)
Moved to Idaho Falls in 2014 to manage Revelation Radio Network for Rick Brown (Watersprings Church).
Coached Jr High/ High School Track for Watersprings School
Coordinated and participated in many community events through Rev Radio (Christian Concerts, Race to Feed the Hungry, Special Olympics, Run for the Cure, East Idaho State Fair, etc)
Transitioned from Revelation Radio in 2018 to the Administration team at Idaho Falls Rescue Mission.
Contributed to Policies and Procedures, Coordinated community outreach events (Walk in the Cold, Annual Donor Appreciation Banquet, Bar J Wranglers, Launched 1st Street Thrift Store.
Launched Josh Golden Real Estate with my husband in 2020 as COO. My role has been building vision and annual goals, marketing, community engagement and branding etc.
Currently serve at Outwest Bible Church as an office admin/ executive assistant to Senior Pastor Scotty Brown. Coordinate teams for Community events (Buck Covid, Riding High ministries, Charlie Kirk Fight For Freedom, Annual Thanksgiving Turkey Shoot, weekly service for 850+)
Serve as Co – Chair of Communications Committee for Bonneville County Republican Central Committee.
I enjoy road trips with my Husband, walks with our 3 Labrador Retrievers, working out at the gym, shooting at the range, spending time with my adult sons, writing and leadership training. (I’m kind of a nerd!)
My favorite authors/ books are the Bible, CS Lewis, AW Tozer, John Maxwell, Henry Cloud, Simon Sinek, (with some Trump thrown in there too!) I grew up listening to Rush Limbaugh, Delilah, and Paul Harvey, and I’m currently listening to Tucker Carlson, Charlie Kirk, Rick Brown, and Benny Johnson on Podcast. I have an appreciation for all kinds of music (my son is a drummer!) so my Spotify is pretty eclectic with Oldies, 80’s rock, Contemporary Christian, Jazz, instrumental, and some Skillet thrown in as well.
